He's a..... CantaloupeThis week Baby Whitaker is a nice, juicy, orange cantaloupe! (and that's exactly what mom's belly looks like too!) They say he weighs about 4 and 3/4 pounds, although at our Dr's visit a week ago he was 4 and 1/2. So, he's probably about 5 pounds. He is about 18 inches, growing quickly and kicking all the time!
Baby Whitaker received several nice gifts at his first baby shower yesterday! (Good thing, mom and dad don't have much of anything!) We got plenty of clothing, diapers, a bath tub and our stroller and car seat!! Baby Whitaker was hangin' with the ladies yesterday... an early start! We have another shower next week and are very excited that it's for boys and girls so dad gets to come too!
